This documentation, prepared for BASF facilities, shows the digitalization of a complex valve field operation.

Developed with Siemens SIMATIC Manager 5.5 and WinCC 7.3, the system controls all transfer processes between machines, tanks, Fryma units and neutralization lines from a single center. Managed through a total of 632 digital signals and 2 single-station SCADA systems, it is an example of how route control can be optimized in industrial processes.
